We Are Kombucha Ginger: This is our original kombucha recipe that we enhance with fresh ginger! As with the original booch, we steep our quality organic green tea and ferment it with organic cane sugar over several weeks. The kombucha culture consumes the sugar as part of the fermentation process. Once we have achieved our desired flavour profile, we then add cold pressed ginger juice, and leave it for a second shorter fermentation giving us our delicious and refreshing ginger kombucha, rich in antioxidents and gut healthy probiotics. Ginger is well known to have anti-inflammatory effects too, so not only is it delicious but good for you!
